Janes Walk May 2nd and 3rd - Downtown Orlando

Thank you to everyone Who was apart of Orlando's first annual Janes Walk!

Richard Forbes was an excellent guide and volunteer of his time.

A total of 24 people particpated in the two walks around Downtown Orlando. Architects, Downtown residents, People interested in pedestrian communityetc.. all showed up!!!!

The model at the Downtown Information was especially interesting to discuss.

Architectural Community Kickoff Workshop Saturday, May 16 8:30 AM

Come participate in shaping the future! AIA Orlando is engaging the profession and the broader community in an initiative to transform cultural views on architecture and provide creative leadership to help determine the future of the Central Florida region. We have a unique opportunity leading up to and following the 2019 AIA National Convention in Orlando. This workshop will be a fast-paced, interactive, four hour session. We will conclude the day with clear follow-up actions on how we can work together to achieve measurable results in the areas of: awareness, education, excellence, and participation.
